What I Told My Grandson Who Asked Why Nigerians Call Me ‘Liar’ – Lai Mohammed

Speaking during his ministerial screening at the Senate, he said he used to ignore the name until the little boy asked him and he had to tell him not to mind the people calling him by such name.

His words:

“I used to ignore it until my seven-year-old grandson asked me, ‘Why do they call you Liar Mohammed?’

“I told him, ‘Don’t mind them. They are the bad guys.’”
