On October 9, 2023, award-winning Nigerian artist David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, was in the news for welcoming twins with his famous chef wife, Chioma.
According to Anaedoonline.ng, Davido and Chioma welcomed their new babies on Monday in the United States of America.
Since the rumour leaked, Davido and Chioma have refused to confirm it, leaving Nigerians to speculate whether the report is true or not.

On Tuesday morning, Evangelist Gospel Agochukwu, a prominent Nigerian clergyman, hinted to the delivery in a post on his Church’s official Facebook page.
The cleric posted a video of his alleged conversation with Davido.
To make matters worse, Davido pointed out in a post on X (previously known as Twitter) that the images showing him on a hospital bed with his wife are old pictures.
He further urged colleagues and friends to stop circulating old photos.
“Stop circulating old pictures, thank you,” the 31-year-old wrote.

Afrobeat producer and singer, Samklef, however, on Friday, shared a video on X showing Davido with Chioma and the twins.
Samklef in the post wrote, “Oya it’s official congratulations to @davido x @thecheffchi double blessings. One boy one girl noni!”
