A disturbing video has surfaced that shows thugs bullying market vendors on Lagos Island, just as Nigeria gets ready for statewide rallies against bad government that start on August 1.
In the extensively shared video, the thugs are shown cruising the market and threatening vendors with dire repercussions if they don’t comply with their demands.
In the video, one of the individuals can be heard warning, “Nigerians, you are not the only people hungry. Do not come out on August 1st to protest. Well, if you get the mind to come out, see what will happen to you.”
