Aisha Yesufu, a popular political analyst and Nigerian activist, has stated that the country does not want more activists, but rather more active citizens.
According to Newsmen, the activist revealed this in a Sunday morning tweet using her verified Twitter handle.
Yesufu, a supporter of Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate Peter Obi, urged Nigerians to be more active citizens.

Meanwhile, Yesufu has criticised individuals who laughed at Peter Ob’s fans while he was campaigning.
Yesufu stated that individuals who mocked Obidients for marching one million miles are now doing the same due to fuel scarcity, a result of the commodity’s price increase.
Because of the increase in petrol prices, Nigerians who cannot afford transportation are increasingly trekking to save money.

Weighing in on the situation via her verified Twitter handle, Yesufu wrote, “Those who were laughing at those doing one million march for Peter Obi, are now doing their own one million march because of fuel scarcity.
“If you don’t stand for something, you will fall for nothing!”
