In the appeal brought by the Labour Party (LP) and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, against the election victory of President Bola Tinubu, the Supreme Court on Monday deferred judgement.
After hearing arguments from the attorneys for the parties involved, the seven-member Supreme Court panel, presided over by Justice John Okoro, deferred its decision.
