Cutix PLC yesterday, 27th November, 2020 held their 37th Annual General Meeting, the meeting was held at their head office 17, Osita Onyejianya Street Umuanuka, Otolo, Nnewi, Anambra State.

In respect to the Covid-19 regulations and guidelines, the meeting had in attendance 20 people present including the board, external auditors and shareholders, whilst other members of the board and stakeholders tuned in virtually via Zoom, Facebook and the company’s website.
