The High Court, Sitting in Awka, Anambra State has adjourned till February 13th, 2020, the legal tussle over the ownership of a large expanse of land called Nkwo Nnewi Triangle located around Nwafor Orizu Nnewi Roundabout.
The case was adjourned due to the absence of the Consel to the Defendant (Anambra State Government) Barr. Mrs Nwankwo.
When the matter was called before Justice Onochie Micheal Anyachebelu, it was discovered that at the start of proceedings, the legal counsel to the Anambra State Government in the case, Barr. Mrs Nwankwo, was not present, to continue their defence.

Justice Onochie Michael Anyachebelu who is also the Chief Judge of Anambra State in his wisdom, stood-down proceedings to enable a phone call to be placed on the absent state counsel.
The State Counsel, Barr. Mrs Nwankwo said that she was not aware that the case was fixed scheduled for the day.
When proceedings resumed, Justice Onochie Michael Anyachebelu adjourned the case till February 13th, 2020, saying that he is determined to ensure that Judgement is given on the matter before the end of this year.

The court session had the presence of the Plaintiffs, the Chairman Nzuko-Ora Nnewi Board of Trustee, Senator Barr. Onyeabo Obi, others includes, Pharm. Mbadiwe Okongwu and Sir Dennis Ofoderme.
Counsel to the petitioners, Chief Mrs A.J Ofia (SAN) and Nnenna Nnaji were also present.
