Unrest has been reported in the Yelwa district of Bauchi city, Bauchi State, after two citizens were allegedly stabbed to death by a Nigerian Police officer.
According to reports gathered by Anaedoonline.ng on Friday, the unnamed cop stabbed three persons in the neighborhood, two of whom died immediately.
To protest the occurrence, local youths flooded the roadway, closing the road from the Elim Church junction to the Yelwa Divisional Headquarters, according to reports.

According to reports, the enraged throng pelted stones at police personnel inside the Yelwa Police Station, with policemen on duty shooting into the air to disperse the demonstrators.
On the road, the youngsters also set fire to vehicle tyres.
The cause of the uproar is, however, sketchy at the moment this report was given.
