Chinedu Chukwueke, a six-month-old infant who was abducted from his mother’s shop at the Kure Market in Minna on Monday by an unnamed lady, has been discovered at a trash dump adjacent to the Gauraka Police Station in Minna, Niger State, according to The Anaedoonline.
On Monday, Chuks, the baby’s father, confirmed the kidnapping using his official Twitter account, @talk2chuks01.
“My 6-month-old newborn son, Chinedu Chukwueke, was stolen from my wife’s store today, Sunday, in Kure market, Minna. She arrived pretending to be interested in working in my wife’s saloon and stole the child.

The Force Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, who commented on the matter, urged Chuks to report the matter at the nearest police station.
“So sad. You can get to me and ur PPRO for private talks since many things are better handled privately, not on social media,” Adejobi had tweeted.
However, while updating the public on Wednesday afternoon, Chuks noted that his baby was found at a dumpsite close to a police station.
“Baby have been found. He was dumped at a refuse dump close to Gauraka Police Station. Baby is in good health,” he said.
