This session tagged Kentina schools open day and exit point scheduled “Termly” heralds the complete extra-curriculum circle of the school.
Parents arrived at the school colorfully dressed and eager to see their wards’ performance, the wards were enthusiastic to show off to their parents what they learnt from their non-academic theme for the year- fruits and vegetable.
The event started with prayers and words of wisdom from the school’s PTA chairman, Mr. Osita Okpu. In his sermon, he advised Parents about the need to take care of their child/children now they are young. He also emphasized that if they don’t take care of their children well, they will live to see their kids destroy everything they have labored for. Using biblical passages Ephesians 6 vs. 1 he buttressed his points.
Mrs. Justina Nwafor, The Proprietor of the school thanked the PTA Chairman for his eulogy and implored parents to give him a rousing ovation. She also endeared parents to celebrate themselves for being part of the event.
