The All Progressives Congress candidates for Taraba and Adamawa states, Emmanuel Bwacha and Aisha Binani, were upheld as governors by the Court of Appeal in Yola on Thursday.
The Appeal Court overturned a High Court ruling that had declared their candidacy null and void, and ordered that their names be forwarded to the Independent National Electoral Commission as APC governorship candidates in both states.
