A former Minister of Education and Convener of the Red Card Movement of Nigeria, Dr Boy Ezekwesili has taken a swipe at political parties for charging exorbitant fees for their expression of interest and nomination forms.
Dr Ezekwesili who made this known via a tweet on her twitter handle, said should she consider running for public office, she would go for political parties that would not charge her more than a hundred thousand Maura as price for her form.

When I decide to run for elective office, no way any Party that charges above N100,000 for Nomination Forms would get my membership.
Tufiakwa. I would not want some amoeba group paying for my form with money that has an OPAQUE source.
