Olaolu Mudasiru, the deputy managing director and co-founder of Vetiva Capital Management, is said to have died after being hit by an unidentified car.
According to Anaedoonline.ng, Mudasiru was killed in a hit-and-run accident while cycling with two other people on the Bourdilion road in the Ikoyi region of Lagos State on Sunday morning.
Gbolahan Mudasiru, a former military governor of Lagos state who died in 2003, was also the first son of the Vetiva co-founder.

The event was confirmed to our correspondent by the Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin.
Hundeyin, on the other hand, stated that no one has been arrested in connection with the disaster.
Mudasiru worked as an investment banker with substantial experience in stockbroking, asset management, and other facets of investment banking.
He earned an MSc. in International Securities, Investments, and Banking from the University of Reading’s ICMA Centre, an M.B;B.S. from the University of Lagos’ College of Medicine, and was a Stanford University Graduate School of Business alumnus.
He was a Dealing Member of the London Stock Exchange, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers in Nigeria, and a member of the Nigerian Medical and Dental Council.

He also received the Chevening Scholarship, which is awarded by the British Government to’mid-career high fliers’ around the world.
Mudasiru’s 16 years of experience in investment banking covered wealth management, financial intermediation, trading and dealing, and completing numerous transactions in the financial services business.
