Entrepreneur and former beauty queen Dabota Lawson has spoken out about her failed union with wealthy Prince Sunny Aku.
Remember how the businessman and the Rivers State beauty wed in a ceremony that made headlines? The pair separated in 2015, therefore the marriage only lasted a year.
Dabota claimed in a recent interview with TVC ‘Your View’ that her parents were overjoyed to see her again and did not question her needlessly about the split.

“My mother and father were both overjoyed to see me again; neither asked any questions. Really, no one wanted to worry me about it. I was alright after returning home.
Dabota also revealed that her ex-husband reached out to her, admitted his flaws and apologized.
“He contacted me and apologised for a lot of things, but I have moved past that stage. I am not invested emotionally in that place. I was able to forgive and we have been fine since then”.
Few years ago, the entrepreneur narrated how she suffered and and was mocked by friends following the divorce.
