Christ Embassy Pastor, Joseph Egbu, who is married to gospel singer Sinach, has warned people in authority to desist from standing against the church.
He wrote on Instagram: “The worst thing anyone in authority will do to him/herself is to stand against the church. Don’t be a fool.”

His post follows Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s message criticizing church leaders who approved of the new guidelines that will govern churches as they reopen for worship after the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 lifted the ban on religious gatherings.
In another story, Ace Nigerian gospel singer, Osinachi Joseph Okoro better known as Sinach, has emerged as the first African gospel artiste to top Billboard USA for the “Christian Songwriter” category.
The excited 47-year-old praise and worship singer made this big announcement on her Instagram page some hours ago.
She also revealed she has been topping the category for the past 7 weeks in a roll now.
Sharing the good news to her over 1 million fans, the Christ Embassy worship leader and “Way Maker” crooner wrote;
“So apparently We have been No 1 on billboard USA for Christian songwriter for 7 weeks !! Look at God!! First Black person.

Sinach is a mother of one who recently welcomed her first child with her husband after being married for 5 years.
