Do women really hit their sexual prime in their 30’s? Or is this simply a man cave created the fantasy that has no basis in human sexuality and fact?
A woman’s sexuality is believed to reach its peak when she is in her 30’s. Its because one’s sexual prime coincides with the maximum level of testosterone in men and estrogen in women. This conventional theory was formulated in 1953 by zoologist and sex expert Alfred Kinsey.
This can indicate that sexual desire is easily curbed by upbringing, values, and personal experiences with the opposite sex. One of the biggest libido busters for women of all ages was stress.

As a woman approaches her 30’s and ages into her 30’s, hormone levels are at all-time high levels, which does, in fact, play a major part in her sexual inclination. Additionally, most women who find themselves in stable relationships, are often married and are in the throws of what is considered the childbearing years.

In conclusion, sexuality cannot be assessed from the standpoints of hormonal patterns alone, libido depends on psychological factors and satisfaction with their body, sexual temperament, and confidence in their partner. This makes the theory of Kinsey inaccurate and unreliable.
