The 794-page ruling issued by the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) regarding the 2023 election has been posted online by the Court of Appeal.
According to Anaedoonline.ng, the appellate court declared on Sunday that the Certified True Copy (CTC) judgement had been uploaded to its official X, formerly known as Twitter, profile.
According to Anaedoonline.ng, there had been rumours that the Tinubu Presidential Legal Team watermarks could have been used to influence the tribunal’s decision to favour President Bola Tinubu.

The tribunal was questioned by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labour Party (LP) on why the Tinubu Legal Team’s header appeared on the Certified True Copies (CTC) of the tribunal’s judgement.
The coordinator of the Tinubu Presidential Legal Team, Babatunde Ogala (SAN), refuted these allegations in a statement on Saturday.
However, the court of appeal claims that there is no watermark, no imprint, and no imprimatur of anyone on the verdict that was posted on its website.
