Enyimba defender, Ifeanyi Anaemena, says the team has all it takes to reach the final of the CAF Confederations Cup this season.
The People’s Elephant have been drawn in Group D to face Ivorian side San-Pédro, Algerian side, Paradou AC and Moroccan club, Hassania Agadir, with their first group game coming away against HUSA on December 1.
Speaking ahead of the game, Anaemena, says he is confident Enyimba will pull through from the group and surpass their 2017 achievement where they reached the semi-finals.
“I hear people say Enyimba will not qualify because of the tough teams in the group, but I believe we can do well.

“I believe we can qualify from the group because two seasons ago, we got to the semi-final, now I know we can get to the final and I know if we should work hard and put the things together, we can reach the final.”
The defender recently returned from the camp of the Super Eagles. The only outfield player invited by the team’s coach, Gernot Rohr, from the country’s domestic league.
