Owoh Chimaobi Chrismather popularly known as Zoro Swagbag is a well known fast rising Nigerian indigenous rapper, Singer and Songwriter.
He is well known for his ability to rap in the Igbo language spicing it up sometimes with pidgin to make it easier for non- Igbo speakers to understand.
Zoro was born on the 20th of March 1990 in Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria. He is originally from Agwu, Enugu State. Zoro completed his primary and secondary school education in Anambra state.
Zoro Swagbag currently resides in Lagos state, Nigeria.
Zoro was brought to the limelight after the release of his impressive hit singles: ‘042, Otu, Achikolo, Owu Sagi, Safe Journey, and Ogene’.

These hit singles earned him nominations for Best New Act to Watch and Best Indigenous Rapper at the Nigeria Entertainment Awards, MTV African Music Video Awards and City People Entertainment Awards.
After the release of the first version of his single ‘Ogene’ which he featured Flavour, he went on to do a remix in which he still featured Flavour then Ycee and Lil Kesh.
Zoro Swagbag has collaborated and featured many top Nigerian Celebrities like Flavour, Phyno, Nigga Raw, Run town, Selebobo, Psquare, Tekno to mention a few in his singles.
He raps in Igbo just like Phyno, Nigga Raw, Slow Dog, and Hype MC. His other single which he titled ‘Landlord’ announced him as the next rated artiste, and it also paved the way for him in the music industry.
He has another jam where he featured Falz the Bahd Guy titled ‘ Buy the Bar.’ Zoro has worked with veterans like Awilo Longomba and Slow Dog.
Zoro was awarded the Artiste of the Month in September 2016 by the Editorial crew and admin of Primetweets Inc due to the endless recognition and popularity he has brought to the Nigeria Music Industry with his mother tongue (Igbo).
Zoro released a single ‘Oyoko’ in January 2018 in which he featured Chidinma. He also released another in July 2018, the song ‘Stainless’ in which he featured Simi.
The song is the follow up to the remix of his other song ‘Mbada’ in which he featured four upcoming acts; Liosteve, Paragon, Zez, and Mecorn. Most of his songs are produced by Kezyklef, a music producer who resides in Enugu State, Nigeria.

Zoro kept his love life real close to his heart. There is nothing to be heard about that. As an upcoming artist in the Nigerian Industry, he has only so far received little awards and a bit of publication.
He is, however, a Social Media Influencer and makes most of his cash by advertising products and services for companies on this social media page.

Zoro has been nominated for 2018- Next Rated Artist at the Headies Awards and 2018- Best Rap Act at the AFRIMMA Awards.
Zoro won 2016 Best Afro Hip Hop Video for the song ‘Ogene’ at the NMVA Awards.
