Rita Dominic is a Nigerian actress and movie producer. She is also a goodwill ambassador for the Intra African Trade Fair (IATF), and a co-founder of The Audrey Silva Company (TASC).
Rita Dominic was born on the 12th of July 1975 to the royal Nwaturuocha family of Aboh Mbaise local government area in Imo State. Her full names are Rita Uchenna Nkem Dominic Nwaturuocha, and she is the last of four children of her parents.
Rita’s late parents were both medical practitioners. Her father was a medical doctor while her mother was a nursing officer.
Rita Dominic attended the Federal Government College Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria for her secondary education. Afterwards, she had her undergraduate studies at the University of Port Harcourt, where she studied Theatre Arts and graduated with a BA (Honours) Degree in 1999.

Although most celebrities would want to show their life of affluence to the public, Rita Dominic keeps her properties private. So far so good, we know she has just a car – Mercedes ML 350 4matic, and an apartment in a high-brow part of Lagos.
As a child, Rita participated in school plays, and children television shows in Imo State, where she was living at the time. She starred in her first movie – A Time to Kill in 1998. Thus far, Rita Dominic has starred in over 100 Nollywood movie productions.
