Anambra CP Commissions Lawn Tennis Court In Ihiala Division (Photo)

The Commissioner of Police Anambra State Command CP John B. Abang, fdc has commissioned an ultra modern lawn tennis court built and donated by High Chief Stanley Chukwudi Obodoagwu (Ezeudi Gburugburu of Ihiala)

Dignitaries at the occasion includes the Chairman of the occasion, Chief Barrister Val Ntomchukwu,fsi,mni,DIG(Rtd) HRM Majesty Sir Thomas Obidiegwu kSJI,Mr C Don Adunuba, Honourable Commissioner for information,High Chief Stanley Chukwudi Oboduagwu and other prominent personalities in Ihiala LGA.

The edifice was in honour of their illustrious son Rtd DIG Val Ntomchukwu who served and meritoriously and retired as Deputy Inspector-general general Police.

Consequently, after unveiling the lawn tennis court,the Commissioner of Police CP John B.Abang,fdc thanked the donor as well as the organisers of the grandiose occasion to honour the Retired Deputy Inspector-general of Police who sacrificed so much to promote safety and security in Nigeria and beyond.

The CP further enjoins other communities to emulate Ihiala and recorgnise their illustrious sons and daughters who served meritoriously in their various fields of endeavours.
