Aisha Yesufu, a political activist, has urged Nigerians to join the Labour Party (LP) and help clean up Nigerian politics.
She stated this in a tweet on Saturday in response to a comment made by the LP presidential candidate, Peter Obi, on a Twitter space organized by The Parallel Facts tagged #PeterObiOnParallelFacts.
Yesufu urged Nigerians to join the opposition party in order to provide the country with the best candidates capable of providing good governance, accountability, and transparency.

She wrote: “You heard it from Peter Gregory Obi @PeterObi himself. It is time to join the Labour Party and give Nigeria a party that produces the best candidates that can give Nigeria good governance, accountability and transparency.
