A 25-year-old man, Waidi Soremi, got apprehended after he went to steal the head of his dead neighbor, Taiwo Mesioye.
Mesioye was recently buried in Aboaba Street, Itori-Oke, Ewekoro, Ogun State.
The suspect revealed he and his cohorts visited the area where he was buried around 12 midnight and finished their mission around 3 a.m.
It was reported that the suspect was arrested alongside two of his childhood friends, Samson Erinle, 25, and Taiwo Erinle, 23.

The suspect claimed they had opted for the alternative means to secure wealth due to their poor living condition.
Waidi said he got the idea of getting rich quickly when he stumbled on his late herbalist father’s book which he introduced to Samson who had just completed his Islamic studies.
Samson, also known as Alfa, while going through the book, then took a special interest in the aspect of the money-making ritual.
The opportunity to make money quickly came when Mesioye, died in their area and the suspects graced the funeral, after which Alfa informed them that it was time for them to get out of poverty by stealing Mesioye’s head from the grave.
