Final Torch-Lighting/Opening Ceremony for the 13th Imo State Sports Festival has kicked off yesterday at the Grasshopper International Sports Complex, Dan Anyiam Stadium Owerri.

The event kicked off with a Handball Competition between Grassroot team A vs Grassroot team B.
