Officers of the Federal Road Safety Corps FRSC were seen this evening at the Ibeto junction Nnewi in conjunction with some unknown persons, harassing motorists.
The aim of the operation which was to maintain order on the road due to the usual lockdown as a result of heavy traffic, didn’t augur well with some commuters as they were beaten with canes by some unknown persons.
