The Free Fuel which was sponsored by St. Stephen Anglican Church Umudim Nnewi, was used to reach out to Okada Riders in Nnewi as part of the Evangelism strategy of the Church.
As the filling station was besieged by the riders as soon as the news spread that free fuel was being dispensed at the outlet, the Priest with his Evangelism team preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ to them, urging them to give their life to Jesus Christ as their personal lord and savior, as he remains the surest way to eternal life.
Many of the beneficiaries who gave their life to Christ were urged to enrol into the bible study department of their various Churches.
