A lawyer named Chief Vincent Okey Udah was disbarred by the Body of Benchers at the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC), who had previously disbarred him for fraud in the United Kingdom.
Today, September 4, 2023, the Body of Benchers disrobed Chief Okey Udah in response to a petition by one Chief Maduabuchi Okafor.

Udah had been brought before the Body of Benchers by Chief Okafor on charges of legal misconduct. Udah was deposed as Ichie Abosi of Ire Village in Umuoji, Anambra State, after his kin accused him of robbing the Community and terrorising it.
During the reading of the judgement, news reporters who were present at LPDC on Monday noticed that the defendant was notably absent.
When the Certified True Copy (CTC) of the judgement is available, the complete details of the legal proceedings as well as Udah’s terrible relationship with his kinmen will be released.
