In a horrifying automobile accident that happened in Abatete, Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, no fewer than five people perished.
The deadly crash, which was a single collision, reportedly happened on Saturday about 4:25 p.m.
While several bodies are seen laying in a pool of their own blood in videos from the crash site, others are reportedly still trapped inside and under the wrecked car. These videos are currently trending on social media.

According to an eyewitness who wished to remain anonymous, only one passenger out of the entire group of people inside the car managed to escape unharmed.
The commercial Toyota Sienna involved in the collision, as seen in the footage, belonged to Onitsha South Transport business and had the registration number NZM-814ZL and business number 1721.
The speeding Sienna driver lost control of the vehicle, collided with a dish, and summersauled, it was also deduced from the footage.
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Anambra State Sector Command Spokesperson, RC Margaret Onabe, verified the collision when reached by this reporter.
She claimed that the collision happened at the Eke Ag Market on the Abatete Old Road. Six people in all—four men and two adults—were engaged in the collision, she continued.

Five of the six people involved in the crash died, and just one person survived, according to additional confirmation from RC Onabe.
She also blamed overspeeding for the collision, supporting a witness’ account that the driver was travelling at a high speed when he eventually lost control of the car and crashed.
“A total number of five persons died in the crash, which include three males and two females. One person was injured,” she said.
