Abdulrasheed Bawa, the suspended Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), is currently in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS).
Bawa was said to have arrived at the DSS headquarters about 9:02 p.m.
According to a source, he is currently being questioned by secret police operatives.

In a statement, DSS spokesman Peter Afunanya confirmed Bawa’s attendance.
“The Department of State Services (DSS) has invited Mr. Abdulrasheed Bawa, the suspended Chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
“Bawa arrived a few hours ago. The invitation relates to some investigative activities concerning him”, Afunanya said in terse statement.
