On Thursday, the open market indicative rate was N461.50 to the dollar.
The highest rate reported during the day’s trade was N462 to the US dollar, before it eventually closed at N461.17.
During the day’s trade, the naira fell as low as N446 to the dollar.
On Thursday, 55.52 million dollars were transacted at the official Investors and Exporters window.
