After a staff member posted a video of her waving a flag for the state-owned energy corporation at the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, Mallam Mele Kyari, the group chief executive officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Ltd, declared that the NNPC will soar higher.
In response to the 15-second video of Maryam Ismail that was posted on his official Twitter account, he made this statement.
Ismail uploaded a video of herself carrying the new NNPC emblem, which reads “Energy for Today,” up to the Uhuru peak.

Kyari tweeted, “Grateful to my colleague Maryam Ismail who took NNPC Ltd to the top of the Kilimanjaro. And we will go much higher.”
The Uhuru Peak is Africa’s highest point at 5895m/19341ft.
“We came to the root of Africa. Proudly NNPC Ltd,” she said in the clip seen by Anaedoonline.ng.
